You see, your breast size is affected by the fat in your body. Obviously, the more fat you have, the bigger your breasts will be. That is why weight loss is the obvious solution to breast reduction. You can try chest exercises using weights to tone up your muscles and help sculpt your breasts as well. However, cardio is your best bet in losing the fat. Either way, before undergoing the knife, you might want to consider weight loss first for breast reduction.
