For instance, let’s start with the way people eat. Just take a drive down your main road and chances are you will find lines of cars piled up at the nearest fast food joint. You go shopping at your local food mart and see people’s carts loaded with TV dinners and hamburger helper. This is not only unhealthy for your body, but also for your skin.
Replace those deluxe hamburgers with a plate of lean chicken breast and a healthy salad or fresh fruits in vegetables. If you are not a fan of veggies, you can always get your vitamins in juices such as carrot, apple, orange and tomato juice. These types of juice increase your body’s energy levels and promote healthy skin, hair and nails. Also, eat organic foods that haven’t been grown with harmful pesticides and other ingredients.
It goes without saying that you should be drinking your 8 glasses of water each day. Water improves your natural beauty and flushes out harmful toxins from your body.
If you must wear makeup, stick with natural makeup. These types of makeup are completely natural and contain no synthetic oils, perfumes, dyes or any of the other harmful ingredients you find in regular makeup. Your skin reacts better to natural products anyway.
Last, do not forget your exercise. A fit body is a beautiful body. Plus, when you are lean and fit, you can go out and find all those trendy looking clothes you have always wanted to wiggle into.
